Welcome to Data Rocks, a trading name of SynergyWorks LLC. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or purchasing consulting packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Scope of Services
Data Rocks provides data strategy, governance assessment, data quality consulting, and training services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be governed by an executed Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between Data Rocks and the client.
Client Responsibilities & Data Access
Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete access to the data, systems, and personnel required to perform the services. Data Rocks is not liable for project delays or errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client.
Intellectual Property

Client Materials: You retain all ownership rights to your proprietary raw data and confidential business information provided to us.

Service Deliverables & Work Product: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables (e.g., custom reports, dashboards, strategy roadmaps) created for your internal business operations.

Pre-existing IP: Data Rocks retains all rights to its pre-existing frameworks, templates, methodologies, code libraries, and tools used during the engagement.
Professional Disclaimer & No Warranty
Data consulting involves strategic guidance based on available information. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Data Rocks applies professional standards to all assessments and recommendations, we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue growth, or error-free system operations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Data Rocks and its parent company, SynergyWorks LLC, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Data Rocks for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to hold non-public business information, proprietary data, and technical processes disclosed during the engagement in strict confidence, using at least reasonable care to prevent unauthorized disclosure or use.
Payment & Billing Terms
Invoices are payable according to the terms specified in your SOW or invoice (typically Net 15 or Net 30). Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
